Christmas Shotgun

There was a good turnout of 98 teams for the Christmas Shotgun at the club on Saturday 5th December.

The morning competition was won by Garry Lenton and Vincent Healey with 46 points from Rob Humphrey and Glenn Coleman 43.
They were followed by Ben Hammond and Craig Owen 42, Simon Went and Mark Riman 41 and John Hearne and Andy Northwood 40.

Nearest the pin winners were Glenn Coleman (7th), Phil Chatten (10th) and Dave Meehan (18th).
The afternoon competition was won by Trevor Cartwright and Karen Buckland with 43 points from Ernie and Val Stene 42.
Martin Jones and Stuart Whitehead finished third with 41 points, ahead of David and Jean Turrall 40 and Derek Cooknell and Richard Simmons 40.

Nearest the pin winners were Mick Price (7th), Alan Stevens (10th) and Dave Heffernan (18th).
