Welcome to the Ladies Section of Kenilworth Golf Club.

We are an enthusiastic section whose aim is to provide a friendly and fun environment for lady golfers whilst offering to assist and support members, whatever their handicap, to play to the best of their ability.

We have a very full golf calendar and social calendar to match.   Our main competition day is held on a Tuesday and with the EWGA rules, ladies have the opportunity to play competition on selected weekends.   We enjoy friendly matches against other clubs enabling ladies of all abilities to play on a wide variety of courses in the area; we also field a Scratch Team and Warwickshire Inter League Team.

Throughout the year we have mixed events with the juniors, men’s and senior sections and also special events which include Captains’ Weekend and Charity Day.

Off the course, we have a number of social events planned this year in our newly re-furbished clubhouse. We also have some special events which are to be held in a marquee, these include our Captains’ Summer Ball and a Ladies Charity Lunch with speaker which will be open to all ladies not exclusively to club members.

For retail therapy, our Golf Professional Steve Yates prides himself on being Warwickshire’s premier supplier of ladies golf fashion.  His shop is packed with an extensive range of clothing which he showcases in an annual Spring Fashion Show open to all, usually held in early April.

Whatever your ability Steve and his assistant James offer a variety of coaching packages.  If you wish to give golf a try, a number of free taster sessions are being offered throughout the year with all equipment being supplied. Details can be found on the Professional’s page of this website.

You are always assured a warm welcome here at Kenilworth Golf Club.  Should you require any further information, please contact me via the club secretary.

I look forward to meeting you.
