Twenty three golfers woke early on Wednesday 20th June for the nine hole Midsummer Madness competition, with a 6am shotgun start.  It was a glorious morning with the sun shining on a dew laden course. Watching the first trails made across the greens by balls rolling to the hole was quite special - even if they did roll past and not drop in!  A hearty breakfast was served by Stuart & Lyn when we returned to the clubhouse, followed by a short presentation of prizes for the first 3 teams.  The winning team was made up of Caroline Durbin, Mark Draper, Mark Morrison & Patrick Fleming, well done to all.
